A Helping Hand

Many students attending Gordon Cooper Technology Center are beginning their career journey and face many challenges and sacrifices to achieve their occupational goals. Their quest for a better life for themselves and their families often hinges upon meeting their basic survival needs while acquiring new skills.

The Gordon Cooper Technology Center Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that focuses on solving short-term emergency needs for students so they can focus on their education and future.

The Foundation receives its funding entirely from donations of individuals, businesses and other entities who share the mutual interest or desire to unselfishly help others achieve their dreams.

A governing board of community leaders oversees the operations of the Gordon Cooper Technology Center Foundation. The Foundation operates on a nonprofit basis and depends upon volunteers in the execution of all related activities. The Foundation does not have any compensated employees.
