GCTC Student Named SkillsUSA Post-Secondary Vice President

STILLWATER, Okla. – Gordon Cooper Technology Center student Miguel Gomez was named SkillsUSA Oklahoma Post-Secondary Vice President last Thursday.

Gomez, a Carpentry and Masonry Trades student, was chosen as president at the SkillsUSA Oklahoma executive council meeting on Nov. 14. He was originally elected to state office at the SkillsUSA Oklahoma Post-Secondary Fall Leadership Conference in October.

Gordon Cooper Technology Center is an accredited institution and is one of 29 Career and Technical education options within Oklahoma's globally recognized Career Tech System.
